Uniform

The school has a uniform which students are expected to wear correctly, and a dress code that students are expected to support.  Our uniform is a year round uniform. What is listed as uniform is what the student needs to wear if they want to attend Maeroa.

The school reserves the right to prohibit footwear and clothing considered unacceptable. Students arriving in incorrect gear will be asked to remove it for the duration of the school day and will collect it at the end of the day to take home.

Dress Code

Maeroa Intermediate has a school uniform which we expect students to wear with pride whenever they are in it. We expect that the uniform will be kept clean, in good repair and students will take care of their own personal hygiene.

We expect every item of clothing to be named clearly so that lost property can be returned to the correct owner. We expect students to take responsibility for looking after their clothing.

We expect that PE uniforms will be brought to school and worn at the right time. Sports shoes may only be worn with PE or school sports uniforms.

Students must travel home in their correct school uniform.

We expect students to come to school in a clean, and tidy state.
